Rules for using PumpPilot UK.

1. Who operates PumpPilot

PumpPilot UK is operated by Rafal Karwowski.

2. What PumpPilot provides

PumpPilot UK provides UK fuel station browsing, fuel prices, alerts, price history, route fuel-stop suggestions, Garage/My car tools, reviews and reports, and market context.

PumpPilot is an information and planning service. It does not sell fuel and does not operate the fuel stations shown in the app.

3. Accounts

You may sign in with email/password or supported provider sign-in such as Google. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account.

PumpPilot may suspend or restrict accounts where reasonably needed for abuse, fraud, security, legal compliance, or serious breach of these Terms.

You can request account deletion from Account > Account data > Delete account in the app, from Settings > Privacy & legal > Delete account, or from the public account deletion page. Deleting your PumpPilot account does not cancel any Google Play subscription; manage subscriptions through Google Play.

4. Fuel prices and recommendations are guidance only

Fuel prices may be delayed, inaccurate, unavailable or changed by a station or operator. Always check the pump or station price before buying fuel.

Routes, savings, price history, market context, alerts, mpg or consumption estimates and recommendations are estimates and guidance only. PumpPilot does not guarantee savings, availability, accuracy or a particular result.

Do not use PumpPilot while driving. Use the app only when it is safe and legal to do so.

5. Route Map and directions

Route Map / On route is designed to find fuel stops between a start and destination. It is not turn-by-turn navigation.

Road route information is shown for guidance. Use Directions or a live navigation service separately if you need navigation. You remain responsible for driving, route choice, fuel purchase and safety.

6. Alerts and notifications

Alerts and notifications are best effort. They may be delayed, missed, duplicated or undelivered.

Push delivery depends on device permissions, device settings, network access, Firebase/Google services, backend availability and other factors outside PumpPilot's full control. Do not rely on alerts for safety-critical decisions.

7. Community content

You may be able to submit reviews, ratings, reports, corrections or other community content. Do not submit content that is unlawful, misleading, defamatory, abusive, discriminatory, spam, irrelevant, or that includes personal information about someone else without permission.

You must have the rights or permission needed to submit content. PumpPilot may reject, hide, remove, moderate, edit the display of, or restrict accounts in relation to community content.

Approved reviews may be public. Public reviews should not show your email address. Rating-only reviews may count in summaries without appearing as a written review card.

8. Premium and subscriptions

PumpPilot Premium for Android is purchased through Google Play. Prices, billing period, taxes and payment method are shown at purchase. Google Play handles payment details.

Premium access is linked to your PumpPilot account entitlement as reported by Google Play and RevenueCat. Web checkout is not currently available. Premium bought on Android may be reflected on web for the same PumpPilot account.

Premium features currently include Route Map / On route fuel stops, Android Auto nearby fuel, longer station price history ranges, longer UK Market and context ranges, and more active alerts or alert limits.

Android Auto support shows nearby fuel places and can hand off to navigation apps. PumpPilot does not provide turn-by-turn navigation.

Manage or cancel subscriptions through Google Play > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions. Uninstalling PumpPilot does not cancel a subscription.

After cancellation, access normally continues until the end of the paid or current billing period unless Google Play or RevenueCat reports otherwise. Refunds and payment disputes are handled under Google Play and payment provider rules.

Premium features may change. Core station browsing remains free unless these Terms or the app clearly state otherwise.

9. Consumer information for digital services

PumpPilot is a digital app and web service focused on the UK. The service is provided in English and requires an internet connection. Android and web browser compatibility may vary by device, operating system, browser and app version.

The main characteristics of Premium are shown in the app before purchase. The billing period and price are determined by the Google Play plan you select, such as a monthly or yearly plan.

To end a Google Play subscription, use Google Play subscription management. Google Play may also provide refund or cancellation options under its own policies and applicable consumer law.

10. Acceptable use

You must not misuse PumpPilot. This includes:

• scraping, bulk extraction or automated excessive requests
• reverse engineering except where law allows
• abuse, spam, fraud or misleading submissions
• attempting to bypass Premium gates, limits or rate limits
• misusing station, user, community or API data
• disrupting, damaging or testing the service without permission

11. Availability and beta features

PumpPilot may change over time. Features may be modified, limited, removed or unavailable, especially during beta testing. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

12. Intellectual property

PumpPilot software, branding, page design and service content are owned by or licensed to PumpPilot UK, except where third party rights apply.

By submitting community content, you give PumpPilot permission to store, display, moderate, process and use that content to operate, protect and improve the service.

13. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

To the extent permitted by law, PumpPilot is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, missed alerts, inaccurate or delayed fuel prices, reliance on estimates, route decisions, station availability, or failure to obtain expected savings.

14. Suspension and termination

PumpPilot may restrict, suspend or end access where reasonably needed for abuse prevention, fraud prevention, security, legal compliance, service integrity, or serious breach of these Terms.

You may also request account deletion. Some records may be kept where needed for legal, security, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute, moderation or service integrity reasons, as explained in the Privacy Policy and account deletion page.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service changes. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use after an update means acceptance where legally allowed.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, except that nothing in these Terms affects rights you may have under mandatory consumer laws.
